Medical Data Review Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned medical data review professional to oversee the efficient delivery of high-quality medical data review products that meet customer needs.
The successful candidate will lead a team in providing expert skills as part of a medical data review team, ensuring timely and compliant medical data reviews. Key responsibilities include conducting trend analysis for quality and integrity, defining data capture requirements, representing clinical data scientists at meetings, maintaining customer relationships, tracking performance metrics, identifying root causes, and implementing remedial actions.
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in clinical data sciences with demonstrated leadership experience. You should possess excellent analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work within a matrix team environment. A proven track record of improving efficiency and quality is essential. Your knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, anatomy, and physiology will be valuable assets in this position.
Key qualifications for this role include:
- M.B.B.S or equivalent degree
- Strong understanding of clinical/medical data
- Proven expertise in proactive issue identification
- Able to plan, organize, and manage resources to achieve study/project goals
- Interpersonal and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, anatomy, and physiology
