Electrification Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Powertrain Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team.

• Lead the design of inverter assemblies and components from concept through to production, ensuring compliance with high-voltage safety standards.
• Apply Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) principles to ensure design intent and manufacturability.
• Conduct creepage and clearance analysis to validate design robustness.
• Perform tolerance stack-up analysis to ensure designs meet performance targets.
• Create and manage detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, thermal, and manufacturing engineers.
• Support design reviews, DFMEAs, and validation planning, ensuring timely delivery of projects.

• Proven experience in mechanical design of inverter systems or similar high-voltage power electronics.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, creepage and clearance, and tolerance analysis.
• Proficient in CAD software, such as 3Dx.
• Understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and design for assembly.
• Experience working in an automotive or high-voltage environment is highly desirable.
