We are seeking a skilled PeopleSoft HCM Developer to join our team. As a PeopleSoft HCM Developer, you will be responsible for supporting the production of Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America, Time & Labor and custom-built modules.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM development, including PeopleTools/Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, COBOL, Application Engine, SQL, DMS Scripts. They will also have functional and technical understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM product suite, including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America and Time and Labor.

In this role, you will work closely with functional users to understand and document business requirements. You will perform system analysis, identify potential impacts of proposed application changes, create and update technical specification documents, design and build solutions, document and execute test cases, and perform quality assurance testing.

You will also provide 24/7 on-call support as assigned and analyze, design, code and implement changes to resolve break/fix production issues. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving and analysis skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle.

Required Skills:

  • At least 6 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM development
  • Functional and technical understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM product suite
  • Hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle
  • Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Linux and PeopleSoft development tools
  • Experience in PeopleSoft production support
  • Ability to work with both technical and functional resources
  • Well organized, pays attention to detail and prioritizes workload
