- We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our Internal Audit team as an Audit Manager.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audit, risk management, and financial services.
This is a critical leadership position responsible for leading audit engagements, developing audit plans, and ensuring that all audits are performed in accordance with firm policies and procedures.
The Audit Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, mentoring junior auditors, and contributing to the development of audit methodologies and tools.
Responsibilities- Plan, supervise, and perform external financial statement audits for various clients.
- Develop and implement audit plans to achieve timely and high-quality results.
- Supervise and mentor junior auditors to ensure they receive the necessary guidance and support.
- Communicate effectively with clients, including presenting audit findings and recommendations.
- Contribute to the development of audit methodologies, processes, and tools.
- At least 5 years of experience in public accounting or industry with a focus on audit, risk management, and financial services.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, laws, and regulations.
- Ability to lead teams and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
