We are seeking a skilled Fastener Tool Designer to create innovative tool designs and lead our engineering team.

About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position responsible for designing and developing tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying up-to-date with fastener technology and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality tools for fastener manufacturing
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure design integrity and quality
  • Develop and maintain expertise in fastener technology and industry developments
  • Analyze and resolve complex design problems using critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in tooling design and design engineering
  • Mold design and injection molding expertise
  • Strong knowledge of fastener technology
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
