About Agile Roles

Job Overview

This role is focused on supporting agile teams in an ART (Agile Release Train) environment. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate team collaboration and enable high-performing teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Facilitate key events such as Planning Increment meetings, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach teams on agile best practices, Lean thinking, and SAFe principles.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and psychological safety.
  • Remove impediments and shield teams from external distractions.
  • Ensure sprint goals are met and aligned with ART-level objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Managers to maintain a healthy backlog.
  • Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and the Release Train Engineer to ensure cross-team alignment.
  • Support teams in meeting ART-level commitments and improving flow metrics.
Key Skills Required
  • Deep understanding of SAFe and agile principles.
  • Experience with product development challenges.
  • Ability to coach teams on agile best practices.
