Path Law Group is a boutique immigration firm focused on employment-based immigration law. Established in 2014, we have grown significantly and are seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to support our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and edit complex non-immigrant and immigrant visa cases with a focus on NIW, O-1, EB-1A, and H-1B
  • Manage a large caseload independently while collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficiency and high-quality work
  • Communicate effectively with clients throughout the visa process
  • Provide regular updates to legal teams and managers regarding case progress and status
  • Liaise with government agencies, including USCIS, CBP, the US Department of State, and the US Department of Labor
  • Support lawyers in gathering evidence, preparing documents, and ensuring adherence to procedural requirements
  • Identify and resolve delays in the case process
  • Prepare and coordinate document production and responses to Requests for Evidence
  • Maintain accurate records and manage cases consistently in accordance with firm policies

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

We require at least three years of experience in immigration law, with a focus on O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As. A Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate is desirable.
