Senior Shopify Developer Role

Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

Role Description:

Our company seeks a highly skilled full-stack developer to build scalable e-commerce solutions on Shopify+

This role demands expertise in front-end and back-end technologies, with practical experience in custom theme development.

You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to design and implement efficient, user-focused e-commerce applications.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop functional solutions.
  • Design and build full-stack applications emphasizing performance, responsiveness, and maintainability.
  • Develop custom Shopify+ themes and leverage features like Scripts and Flows.
  • Work with architects to define technical solutions and integration points.
  • Write clean, reusable, and testable code for both front-end and back-end components.
  • Optimize applications for speed and performance across browsers and devices.
  • Conduct code reviews and unit testing to maintain code quality.
  • Maintain technical documentation for future reference and updates.
Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical development roles.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Shopify+ front-end development.
  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
  • Experience in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, .NET, or Java.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Experience with Git and tools like SourceTree or Bitbucket.
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies.
