Job Title: Senior Service Now QA/Tester

We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Now QA/Tester to join our team.

About the Role

This is a long-term position, requiring a highly skilled and motivated individual with extensive experience in testing and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workday HR and Service Now, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute test cases for employee processes that cross multiple systems, from Workday to Service Now and other enterprise applications
  • Evaluate the performance of integrated systems under different loads, particularly for real-time integrations
  • Conduct thorough regression testing for every Service Now update or Workday patch to ensure integrations remain intact
Requirements
