Job Summary
Spring Financial is seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and technical expertise to lead cross-functional teams and ensure timely project completion with high quality.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead complex projects in an Agile environment, monitoring progress, addressing roadblocks, and ensuring timely project completion with high quality.
• Develop and manage detailed delivery plans, including milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, design, and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Foster an environment of collaboration and accountability across teams.
• Possess a strong understanding of technical delivery, development methodologies, and team structures.
• Work closely with engineers to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Proactively identify risks and challenges that may impact delivery timelines or outcomes.
• Communicate issues to senior leadership with actionable recommendations for resolution.
• Conduct post-delivery reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
• Ensure timely updates of deployment schedules and communicate any changes to stakeholders.
• Maintain and regularly update release notes to provide accurate information about new features, enhancements, and fixes.

Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in project or delivery management, with at least 3+ years in technical roles.
• Proven experience delivering complex projects in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and lifecycle.
• Experience working with AWS, Python, and mobile app development frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications
• Experience in the fintech industry or financial services is a strong asset.
• Experience with native mobile app development (Flutter - Android/iOS).
• Knowledge of state management in Flutter applications.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment processes.
• Published apps on Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store.
