The team is responsible for the CMS system on which all of our client's websites are built. These sites see upwards of 2 million hits a week.

In a fast-paced development environment, you engage with agile methods, adaptive frameworks, and software engineering strategies to fulfill deadlines and best practices.

You will:

  • Conceptualize and apply AEM-based enterprise content solutions
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, technical issues, and defects in AEM implementations and optimize AEM solutions.
  • Develop product innovations using Java, Sling, OSGi, and other AEM-specific technologies.
  • Design, develop, and maintain back-end features in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Work on Springboot applications and AWS, handling CI/CD pipelines
  • Conduct code reviews and employ strong coding standards
  • Mentor team members and participate in pair programming and extreme programming

You will need:

  • 8+ years of experience working in a client-facing development team with strong Java and AEM knowledge
  • Strong experience as a senior frontend developer in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations
  • Solid understanding of Java, AEM's architecture, JCR, Sling, and OSGi
  • Front-end skills, along with knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Spring Boot, and AWS
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field
