Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphics Designer with a strong background in sports broadcast design to join our creative team. This role will focus on developing and animating dynamic graphics for horse racing coverage, ensuring a seamless blend of live data, storytelling, and engaging visual presentation.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional experience in motion graphics design, preferably within sports broadcasting. They will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and have experience with real-time broadcast graphics platforms.

Responsibilities will include designing and animating custom motion graphics for horse racing broadcasts, collaborating with producers, editors, and sports analysts, and developing graphics templates for fast turnaround and live updates during race events.

Additionally, the candidate will ensure compliance with brand guidelines and network broadcast standards, troubleshoot graphics in live broadcast environments, and support technical integration with real-time graphics systems.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in motion graphics design, preferably within sports broadcasting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience with real-time broadcast graphics platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong grasp of sports design aesthetics, particularly horse racing data (odds, timings, jockey statistics, race cards).
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, pacing, and motion design principles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with rapid turnaround.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
