CJA Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to fill a key role in our organization.

• Configure and maintain CJA Connections, Data Views, and binding dimensions aligned with AEP schemas for seamless data integration and visualization.
• Create and manage calculated metrics, filters, and segments to support stakeholder reporting requirements by analyzing and interpreting complex data sets.
• Develop dashboards and reports for key business KPIs including funnel analysis, pathing, attribution, and retention using Adobe Analytics where applicable.
• Validate data integrity, stitching accuracy, and reporting logic by comparing against Adobe Analytics where applicable ensuring the highest level of data quality.
• Collaborate with AEP developers and data engineers to ensure successful ingestion and data preparation across teams and departments.
• Assist business users and analysts in interpreting dashboards and using CJA effectively to make informed decisions.

• Must-Have:
• 3+ years of experience with CJA and Adobe Analytics, preferably with a strong understanding of data validation, segmentation, and visual storytelling through dashboards.
• Proficiency in configuring Data Views, calculated metrics, and Workspaces in CJA with a focus on data quality and integrity.
• A good understanding of AA Source Connector, identity stitching, and profile merging principles and practices.
• Strong skills in data analysis, interpretation, and presentation using various tools and technologies.
• A comfort working cross-functionally with business and technical teams to drive results and achieve goals.
• Nice-to-Have:
• Experience with AA to CJA migration tools such as Component Migration Tool to facilitate smooth transitions and upgrades.
