Job Title: Senior Technical Project Manager

Location: Hyderabad, Work from Office only.

Summary:

The ideal candidate for this position is a seasoned Technical Project Manager with 10-12 years of high-tech industry experience. They should have a strong track record in program management/project management/Technical Project Manager and experience in running scrums and scrum of scrums as a Scrum Master. The role requires excellent communication skills, ability to prioritize work amongst a diverse technical portfolio, and knowledge of software development and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize the focus of team members to hit milestones and ensure measurable progress towards strategic objectives.
  • Communicate frequently with stakeholders of varying levels of technical proficiency.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, coordinate milestone reviews, and provide weekly status updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate milestone tracking, manage bugs and feature requests using existing processes, and work with stakeholders and team management on prioritization of upcoming milestones.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, GitHub, Zenhub, and knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Development.
  • Excellent knowledge of product life cycle, tools, processes, and operations planning.
  • Ability to create and maintain master project plans, drive periodic meetings, and present reports to senior leadership.
  • Identify risks in the early stage, bring them to senior leadership attention, and proactively work with internal or dependent teams to resolve issues.
  • Front-end team compliance status to senior management and various compliance assessment teams worldwide.
  • Work effectively as part of a team with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working in an overlapping shift (4-5 hours overlap with USA teams).
  • Create and update processes as team expectations evolve.
  • Fluent in English.

Requirements:

  • 10-12 years of high-tech industry experience.
  • Strong track record in program management/project management/Technical Project Manager.
  • Experience in running scrums and scrum of scrums as a Scrum Master.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, GitHub, Zenhub.
  • Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Development.
  • Excellent knowledge of product life cycle, tools, processes, and operations planning.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
