Senior Proposal Writer

We are a leading software consulting firm based in Missouri, USA.
Job Title: Senior Proposal WriterEstimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per yearThis is a remote position that requires strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in English, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Responsibilities- Proposal writing, including thorough review and preparation of government/private bid requests.
- Coordinate procurement activities.
- Review and edit content generated by team members.
- Update and monitor company trackers for pursuits.
- Actively seek and support business development activities.
- Participate in team meetings, provide input, and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Define and work towards project goals and objectives.
- Minimum educational qualification: Graduation (preferably in English, Engineering or Science).
- Higher proficiency in the MS 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and more) suite to support daily operations.
- Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and concise interactions.
- Preferably experience in proposal writing and business development activities, including thorough review and preparation of government/private bid requests.
- Ability to work partially in both Indian Standard Time and the USA-Central Time Zone for a total of one full-time hours of employment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
