Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Strategy Manager to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring loan portfolios, conducting risk assessments, and developing strategies to mitigate credit risk while aligning with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Credit Risk Management: Monitor loan portfolios to track overdue accounts, defaults, delinquencies, and NPAs, and identify early warning signals of credit risk.
  • Risk Assessments: Conduct risk assessments and develop actionable strategies to mitigate credit risk while aligning with business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with underwriting, credit, and collections teams to strengthen credit decision-making and improve recoveries.
  • Credit Risk Frameworks: Establish and maintain credit risk frameworks, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular MIS, risk reports, and portfolio reviews for management, highlighting key risk trends and exposures.
  • Asset Quality: Ensure effective monitoring of asset quality and recommend measures to maintain a healthy loan book.

Requirements:

  • 4-9 years of experience in corporate strategy or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk management and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
