Job Title: Data Science Specialist

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of applied Data Science / ML Engineering experience.

This role involves developing and deploying machine learning solutions for real-world applications.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow and Scikit-learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop AI/ML models for various industries.
  2. Build and optimize recommendation/personalization algorithms.
  3. Develop and maintain APIs & microservices to serve ML models.
  4. Manage end-to-end ML lifecycle from data pipelines to deployment and monitoring.
  5. Implement and maintain scalable ML workflows with Azure-based infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience fine-tuning LLMs, embeddings and vector databases.
  • Experience building recommendation systems & personalization algorithms.
  • Solid understanding of APIs & microservices (Django REST, FastAPI, Flask).
  • Cloud-based ML deployments on Microsoft Azure.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD.

A successful candidate will demonstrate strong collaboration skills, effective communication, and the ability to deliver production-ready AI solutions across cross-functional teams.
