Seeking a highly skilled software test engineer to fill a key role in our quality assurance team. In this position, you will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for web applications, mobile apps, and APIs.

  • Design and develop thorough test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to ensure the highest quality of software products
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing to identify defects and improve the overall quality of the software
  • Conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues that may impact the end-user experience
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Skills:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
    • 3-5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
    • Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
    • Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, REST Assured)
    • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
  • Testing Expertise:
    • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test design techniques, and QA processes
    • Experience with both manual and automated testing approaches
    • Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus
    • Understanding of database testing and SQL queries
    • Familiarity with mobile testing (iOS/Android) preferred
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
    • Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple testing projects
    • Experience working in Agile development environments
    Preferred Qualifications
    • ISTQB or other relevant testing certifications
    • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    • Knowledge of security testing principles
    • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
