At PW IOI, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Associate Role to join our team in Noida. As a key member of our offline marketing strategy, you will play a critical role in establishing our presence in the region through effective marketing campaigns.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales, generating leads, connecting with locals, and organizing brand campaigns. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing brand awareness and building long-lasting relationships with educational institutions in the region.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 2+ years of experience in offline marketing and sales, preferably in the education sector. You should have knowledge of offline marketing strategies and techniques, as well as experience in B2B sales or marketing, particularly in the education sector.

  • B2B Sales: Develop and maintain relationships with locals, educational institutions, and other potential partners to drive business growth.
  • Lead Generation: Execute marketing campaigns designed to generate leads and expand the customer base.
  • Offline Marketing: Implement and manage offline marketing strategies, including flyers, posters, events, and other local initiatives to promote the brand and services.
  • School Outreach: Identify and connect with schools in the local area to offer educational services, build partnerships, and establish a presence in the community.
  • Campaign Organization: Plan and execute promotional campaigns in collaboration with local schools and educational events.
  • Brand Promotion: Organize offline brand activations, events, and campaigns to promote PW IOI (Institute of Innovation) in the local community.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ year of experience in offline marketing and sales, preferably in the education sector.
  • Knowledge of offline marketing strategies and techniques.
  • Experience in B2B sales or marketing, particularly in the education sector.
