Business Development Travel Consultant

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer engagement for our travel services.
With at least 2 years of experience in holiday travel package sales or marketing, you will possess excellent interpersonal and coordination skills to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
A competitive salary up to Rs. 3,60,000 per annum, plus incentives, awaits the right candidate who can meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key qualifications include:
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local Indian languages;
- Graduation or post-graduation degree in any field;
- Knowledge of India's and surrounding international countries' destinations, itineraries, costing, hotel bookings, and online booking portals;
- Ability to customize tour packages to meet client needs and preferences.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying customer requirements and suggesting tailored solutions;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers;
- Assisting clients in selecting from various travel options and confirming ongoing tour services;
- Selling add-on travel products and achieving sales targets;
- Providing support for customers who have made travel purchases by confirming, changing, or canceling reservations;
- Developing existing client relationships and generating new business opportunities.
