Job Overview:

We seek a seasoned Business Development Executive to drive high-value event experiences with the right mix of industry leaders.

This individual will be responsible for acquiring senior-level attendees, speakers, and participants across the AI, Data, and Technology ecosystem, ensuring each event delivers a tailored experience.

Strong communication skills, persistence, and relationship-building abilities are essential for this role.

It is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, research, and community engagement in the B2B events space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attendee Acquisition
    • Identify, research, and engage senior executives in AI, Data, and Technology domains.
    • Drive registrations for our international conferences and forums.
    • Maintain high-quality communication with potential attendees via email and calls.
  • Speaker Acquisition
    • Research and map industry thought leaders, innovators, and executives suitable for event agendas.
    • Reach out, pitch event value propositions, and secure commitments from high-caliber speakers.
    • Coordinate with the content team to align speaker profiles with session topics.
  • Community Engagement
    • Build strong relationships with participants and maintain an active network for future events.
    • Act as the point of contact for confirmed delegates and speakers, ensuring a seamless pre-event experience.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 1–4 years of experience in business development, delegate acquisition, or inside sales for events/conferences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence to engage senior-level executives.
  • Ability to research, identify, and qualify potential attendees and speakers.
  • Familiarity with outreach strategies (email, calling).
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a passion for community building.
