Our company requires an experienced finance professional to fill a senior associate pricing position. This role is critical in evaluating deals for IT services and translating input from multiple teams into compelling commercial propositions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing customer pricing presentation sheets, listing key deal terms and conditions, and ensuring commercials align with appropriate risk protection measures. These may include foreign exchange, international taxation, global labor laws, and other relevant factors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contract redlining, review, and discussion with internal teams
  • Participating in customer negotiations
  • Preparing deal P&L statements, cash flow, and balance sheets according to IFRS standards
  • Identifying accounting treatments of cost items in the deal P&L that are aligned with accounting standards (GAAP and IFRS)

Candidates must be able to identify commercial and contracting risks in deals, highlight these to leadership, and suggest or deploy mitigation approaches. Collaboration with other finance functions on reporting and accounting requirements is also essential.

This role demands strong multitasking abilities to meet all organizational deadlines and quality expectations. Effective interface and coordination with development teams on system enhancements are required, along with responsibility for maintaining strong internal controls.
