About the Role

This is a critical position responsible for managing 70+ Petabyte of storage, supporting infrastructure backups, and overseeing day-to-day operations end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expertise in storage and backup technology, with strong crisis management skills to drive bridge calls and exhibit skills as a strong shift lead.
  • Provisioning, deallocation, storage migration, and DR support activity.
  • Monitoring backup jobs and taking proactive steps to ensure a high success rate.
  • Client, media agent, and Comm-server upgrade and patch updates, backup and restore requests.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in relevant technology.
  • Graduate degree.
  • Expert knowledge of storage subsystems, Block & SAN Infrastructure, and NAS products (NetApp).
  • Knowledge on Commvault & Hyperscale (preferred) or any backup software.
  • Administrative knowledge of one or more operating systems (Linux preferred).
  • Basic hands-on with Ansible/Python.
