Biz2X is a leading fintech company that provides digital lending solutions to small businesses. We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity professional to lead and manage our organization's security operations, risk management, and compliance initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ISO 27001, SOC 2 compliance, and data protection laws, with proven leadership skills in global cybersecurity environments. They will be responsible for implementing and managing our Information Security Management System (ISMS) aligned with ISO 27001/27002 standards.
The candidate will oversee Security Operations Center (SOC) activities, including threat detection, incident response, and monitoring. They will also ensure compliance with SOC 2 audits and RBI regulations, particularly in the financial sector. Additionally, they will lead data protection efforts, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy laws.
Key Requirements:- Proven experience in SOC 2 compliance and cybersecurity operations.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- In-depth knowledge of RBI regulations, data protection, and global privacy laws.
- ISO 27001/27002 certification.
