Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to serve as a career advisor, providing guidance and support to students in their academic and professional pursuits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Student Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and provide actionable feedback to promote growth and development.
  • Career Development Support: Offer tailored advice and resources to help students navigate their career aspirations, including resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
  • Industry Partnerships: Foster relationships with industry professionals and organizations to create opportunities for students to gain practical experience and build connections in their field.

Requirements:

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students, faculty, and industry partners.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides, with experience in using these tools to create engaging presentations and reports.
  • Digital Literacy: Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a educational setting.
  • Prior Experience: Previous experience in counseling or training is preferred, but not required. What is essential is a passion for helping others achieve their goals and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your work.
