Patent Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patent Associate to join our team.

This is a full-time on-site role for an individual to handle US patent prosecution related to all Life Sciences cases.

The successful candidate will be responsible for independently handling patent drafting projects, reviewing the work of junior associates, and communicating with clients.

  • Independently handle US patent prosecution related to all Life Sciences cases.

Requirements include 4-8 years of experience in US Patent Prosecution and Drafting, a Master's or advanced degree in Life sciences (preferably chemistry), and expertise in US patent laws. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have experience working independently on projects and handling client communications.
