Job Title: Business Development Executive

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Executive who is passionate about driving business growth and exploring new opportunities in the innovation economy.

  • The ideal candidate will have demonstrable relationships with executives within the GCC landscape, focusing on Pharma and CRO industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer profiling, account planning, and setting revenue/margin targets by services line at the account level.
  • Navigate accounts to identify various deals, build internal consensus, and prioritize opportunities.
  • Anchor client meetings and pursue opportunities generated with the help of pre-sales, partner units, and external partners.
  • Mentor account teams, work closely with delivery leadership to provide developmental feedback.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Hunting & farming experience with CRO's and/or Pharma.
  • Demonstrable existing relationships with executives within the GCC landscape with a focus on CRO and Pharma industries.
  • Demonstrable experience in achieving annual revenue targets.
  • Experience in driving pursuits for large-size proposals and client relationship management.
  • Proven experience in managing and growing a portfolio of over $5-10Mn.
  • Strong knowledge of the business environment and norms.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and consultative skills.
