Job Title: Automation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Automation Manager to lead our team in designing and implementing end-to-end automation solutions for sales and marketing teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of automation projects, from planning to delivery.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members in setting up workflow automation systems using tools like n8n, Zapier, and Make.com.
  • Design and implement automation workflows that integrate multiple tools and services via APIs and webhooks.
  • Monitor data pipelines for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Review and validate outputs before sharing with stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment.
  • Document processes and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with no-code/AI automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make).
  • Experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho).
  • Background in project or client management with exposure to sales/marketing workflows.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills for coordinating team members and stakeholder expectations.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, or basic scripting (Python/JavaScript).
  • Comfort with productivity tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize and deliver on deadlines.
