  • - Developing and delivering training programs on fabrication and assembly.
  • - Training expeditors in vendor and client coordination, data gathering, inspection planning, and documentation.
  • - Providing guidance on risk identification and delay mitigation strategies.
  • - Training expeditors on various manufacturing processes.
  • - Creating standard formats for weekly expediting reports and best practices for documentation.

Project Expediting & Supplier Management:

  • - Training expeditors on conducting kick-off meetings with suppliers.
  • - Teaching methods for tracking supplier progress reports, material readiness, and inspection notifications.
  • - Guiding expeditors on reviewing TPI (Third-Party Inspection) reports and clearing punch points with vendors.
  • - Ensuring coordination with logistics teams for smooth material delivery.
  • - Coaching expeditors on site-related issue resolution.

Process Improvement & Compliance:

  • - Developing and implementing best practices for expediting fabrication projects.
  • - Creating case studies and real-life scenarios to train the team on handling challenges in expediting.

  • - Monitoring expeditors' performance and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
