About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator – Healthcare Data & Operations to join our team at iKure Techsoft Pvt. Ltd.

This individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of community-based, tech-enabled healthcare projects in collaboration with IIT Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of operational expertise, analytical skills, and stakeholder management to drive impact on the ground.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Management & Coordination
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of healthcare projects on-site.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and ensure on-time execution.
  • Act as a liaison between the corporate team, IIT Mumbai collaborators, field teams, and research analysts.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, progress reports, and ensure compliance with project goals and timelines.
Healthcare Data Monitoring & Insights
  • Monitor real-time patient data collection using WHIMs (our in-house tech platform) and other integrated digital health tools.
  • Collaborate with research and data teams to analyze trends, patient demographics, and outcomes.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies to improve project interventions.
Stakeholder & Partner Engagement
  • Provide data-driven inputs to support business development and proposal creation.
  • Engage with healthcare providers, researchers, and community partners to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Represent the project in review meetings and partner discussions as required.
Compliance & Process Optimization
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and data privacy protocols.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine data collection systems and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Data Analytics, Life Sciences, or related disciplines.
  2. Minimum 6 years of experience in healthcare project coordination and operations.
  3. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with tools such as Power BI, SQL, or similar platforms is a plus.
  4. Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
