Job Description

We seek a skilled Senior Clinical Statistical Programmer to drive the completion of large-scale complex projects. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in statistical programming and be proficient in SAS and CDISC.

The successful candidate will act as subject matter expert, providing hands-on support for project completion, solving critical technical problems, and ensuring all statistical activities align with internal and external quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing subject matter expertise for large-scale complex projects.
  • Solving critical technical problems and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Mentoring and training junior team members.
  • Ensuring high-quality data outputs, including analysis-ready datasets, tables, listings, and figures.
  • Reviewing Case Report Forms (CRFs), CRF annotations, Statistical Analysis Plans, SDTM/ADAM specifications, datasets, and TLFs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in handling complex efficacy domains and TFLs.
  • Proficiency in SAS and CDISC for programming.
  • Ability to perform code reviews and ensure quality checks are performed on deliverables.
  • Relevant industry experience is mandatory.
