As a seasoned Product Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding implementation consultants to excel in their work. Your key focus areas include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor implementation consultants to ensure they are effective in their roles.
  • Manage large volumes of key customer accounts, ensuring timely and successful implementation cycles.
  • Design optimal solutions that meet client business needs, collaborating closely with stakeholders.
  • Develop project plans and business requirements documents, identifying workflow processes and business challenges to drive successful implementation.
  • Oversee the successful configuration of product suites for each customer account, working closely with business analysts.
  • Identify critical success criteria, measurable milestones, potential risks, and develop strategic plans for each engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal resources to meet customer interests and project timelines.
  • Participate in project planning activities, including defining detailed tasks and activities.
  • Ensure 100% quality on each delivery using standard testing methods, validation, and user acceptance testing.
  • Translate functional and technical requirements into business documents, preparing test scripts, training materials, and maintaining required checklists.
  • Lead overall project management, stakeholder management, and customer management.
  • Engage consistently with various levels, including PMO, C Levels, IT, and Operation heads at the customer end.
  • Share best practices by providing product consulting and business consulting (as required) based on domain, industry, or region.

For this role, we are seeking an individual with:

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the software industry.
  • PMP and/or ITIL certification is a plus.
  • At least 12+ years of experience, with 6+ years of strong consulting, customer delivery, and people management skills.
  • Experience with business software such as ERP, CRM, Payroll, HRIS, SAAS applications is a plus.
  • Excellent business acumen and experience dealing with challenging situations.
  • Experience working and communicating with C-level executives and HR/Payroll heads.
  • Ability to handle multiple complex engagements simultaneously.
  • Experience implementing project configurations, incorporating structured planning, and testing processes.
  • Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations at enterprise level.
  • Knowledge of business processes, system development, and process improvements.
  • Expertise in gathering business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
  • Modeling and mapping as-is and to-be business processes.
  • Engagement in integration touch points and understanding of emerging technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
