Senior Artificial Intelligence Applications Engineer

A highly skilled AI applications engineer is required to oversee the governance of our AI tools, ensuring they are used securely and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data privacy controls and compliance requirements, as well as experience in configuring and managing AI tool environments.
- Configure data privacy controls to prevent sensitive data training for AI models and enforce zero-retention policies.
- Deliver comprehensive audit logs, compliance reporting, and monitoring for OpenAI usage to adhere to regulatory standards.
- Implement robust guardrails and moderation tools, including fine-tuned safety layers, to enhance AI application security and reliability.
- Track model performance and usage metrics, producing regular reports for leadership to inform strategic decisions.
Key qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, 5-8 years of experience in AI applications engineering, and demonstrated proficiency in AI tools such as Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic.
