Job Title: Lead Investigator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Investigator to join our team at Syngene. As a Lead Investigator, you will be responsible for leading investigations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead investigations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure safe operations and compliance with company's integrity and quality standards
- Drive a corporate culture that promotes environment, health, and safety (EHS) mindset and operational discipline at the workplace
- Ensure safety of self, teams, and lab/plant by adhering to safety protocols and following environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements
- Ensure all assigned mandatory trainings related to data integrity, health, and safety measures are completed on time by all members of the team
- Comply with Syngene's quality standards at all times
- Hold self and team members accountable for the achievement of safety goals
- Govern and review safety metrics from time to time

Accountabilities as a Syngene Leader (only for Leadership Hires):
- Champion effective Environment, Occupational Health, Safety and Sustainability (EHSS) practices for the company and oversee compliance with those practices within Biologics business

Specific requirements for this role:
- Experience: 8-16 years post Ph.D.
- Demonstrated Capability:
- Education: Ph.D. in organic chemistry from reputed institutes and preferably Post-Doctoral research experience
