Job Title: Enterprise Sales Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead key commercial and enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth through strategic IT infrastructure solution sales.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex IT sales cycles, meeting aggressive revenue targets, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Growth: Identify and close new opportunities to grow assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Solution Selling: Design tailored IT infrastructure solutions to meet customer needs, including Data Center & Compute, Networking (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), Network security, Cybersecurity & Endpoint Security, Managed Services & AMC.
  • Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue targets.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong opportunity pipeline and forecast accurately using CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 14-25 years of experience in IT solution sales with a focus on infrastructure technologies.
  • A proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and experience in B2B or enterprise sales.
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
