Servicemax Developer

About the Role

NTT DATA Services is seeking a skilled Servicemax Developer to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining ServiceMax applications, ensuring seamless integration with the Salesforce Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement large-scale ServiceMax applications catering to complex use cases
• Develop and maintain ServiceMax modules, including Work Order Management, SFM, Location Management, Dispatch Console, and Mobile App
• Configure and customize ServiceMax to meet business requirements
• Ensure data integrity and security through proper data loading and configuration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance
