About the Role:

We seek a results-driven Field Sales Manager to lead and drive B2B sales in the dynamic real estate and technology sector. This role involves identifying and engaging high-value business clients, driving revenue through strategic sales efforts, and building a team of key account managers and field sales executives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate and tech-driven property solutions, coupled with leadership skills to build and scale a high-performing sales team.

Sales Strategy & Business Development
  • Develop and implement a B2B sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the real estate-tech industry.
  • Identify and acquire potential clients, including stores, restaurants, malls, developers, brokers, property owners, and enterprises.
  • Establish relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, facility managers, asset managers, and property consultants).
  • Drive enterprise sales for PropTech solutions such as parking solutions, marketing solutions, CRMs, tenant engagement, leasing solutions, etc.
Solution Selling & Client Relationship Management
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase tech-enabled real estate solutions.
  • Develop customized proposals and business models based on client needs and market trends.
  • Negotiate complex deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements with clients and partners.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including tech, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain sales data, track performance metrics, and generate revenue reports.
  • Presentation regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic insights to senior management.
Market Insights & Competitive Analysis
  • Stay updated on market trends in commercial real estate, co-working, SaaS for property management, and smart building technologies.
  • Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies to refine the company's value proposition.
  • Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams for continuous product enhancement.
Team Management & Performance Optimization
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of Key Account Managers and Field Sales Executives, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct sales planning, forecasting, and performance reviews to optimize team productivity.
  • Provide hands-on coaching, support in client negotiations, and guidance on deal closures.
Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in real estate, PropTech, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Hands-on experience in deal structuring, contract negotiation, and enterprise sales.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate and emerging PropTech innovations.
