Job Title: Graphic & Motion Graphic Designer

At our company, we're on a mission to create visually stunning content that resonates with audiences and drives engagement. To achieve this goal, we're seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphic Designer who can bring our brand to life through dynamic and innovative motion graphics.

This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling. As a Motion Graphic Designer, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from social media posts to explainer videos, using your creativity to drive business growth.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong understanding of design and animation principles, as well as experience working with AI-assisted design and video tools. You'll also need to be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.

Our ideal candidate will be a team player who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You'll need to be able to adapt quickly to new projects and deadlines, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visually engaging static and motion content across digital, social, and media platforms.
  • Design and produce high-quality static and motion graphics (social media posts, ads, reels, explainers, YouTube shorts, product demos, banners, branding assets).
  • Adapt brand guidelines into dynamic, fresh, and platform-specific visual narratives.
  • Optimize assets (static and motion) for multiple channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Stay ahead of design, motion, and AI-driven content trends to keep assets innovative and relevant.
  • Integrate and experiment with AI design and video tools (e.g., Sora, Google veo, Adobe Firefly, Runway, MidJourney, Kaiber, or similar) to enhance workflow and creativity.
  • Balanace creativity with speed and brand alignment, delivering both static and motion assets efficiently across formats.
  • Proven experience in creating both static designs and motion/video content for digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma).
  • Strong understanding of design and animation principles — layout, timing, typography, transitions, color theory.
  • Familiarity with digital media formats, social platform specs, and optimization best practices.
  • Experience working with AI-assisted design and video tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to translate static visuals into engaging motion content.
  • Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Mandatory prior experience in the digital marketing industry.
