  • The successful candidate will lead our architectural team in designing and delivering high-quality projects, from conceptualization to completion.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:">

Qualification: A degree in Architecture or a related field is required. A postgraduate degree would be an added advantage.

Experience: The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in architectural design, project management, and team leadership.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Develop detailed project designs, including technical drawings and BOQs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors, and architectural technologists.
  • Coordinate with project coordinators, architecture, structural, and MEP consultants, and liaison architects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Prepare and update BOQs, coordinating with the assigned team of architects.
  • Monitor the design process from conception to construction administration, ensuring consistency of design ideas.
  • Interact with building officials during project permitting and construction phases.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
