Senior UI Developer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior UI Developer to lead the development of intuitive and maintainable web interfaces using modern front-end technologies.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with a strong focus on responsive design and component-based development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Convert Figma designs into clean, responsive, and pixel-perfect front-end code, staying aligned with design standards and performance best practices.
  • UI Engineering: Build and maintain high-quality, reusable React.js components, ensuring design consistency, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver scalable and maintainable web interfaces.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to the development of UI standards, component libraries, and design systems, and participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in UI/front-end development.
  • Skills: Expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, with a strong focus on responsive design and component-based development.
  • Familiarity: Familiarity with Ruby on Rails and integrating with Rails-based backends, as well as knowledge of front-end testing frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library.
