About this role:

As a key member of our team at Laguna clothing LLP, we are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our building maintenance duties. This vital role will involve ensuring the upkeep of our facilities, equipment, and machinery to ensure a smooth operation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance duties, including painting, electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC system maintenance.
  • Clean the interior and exterior of the building, as well as equipment and machinery.
  • Complete administrative tasks, such as filling out forms and reporting maintenance status to the supervisor.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and report needs to the supervisor.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance calls and diagnose issues.
  • Work with and maintain relationships with contracted vendors.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in garment manufacturing units.
  • Qualifications: BE Electrical, Diploma Electrical, or equivalent.
  • Salary: Up to 55K per month.
