Senior Transfer Pricing Specialist

Your primary responsibilities will revolve around the preparation of transfer pricing documentation reports. You will develop specialized competence and begin to attract recognition within your service line as a technical resource for that specialization.
- Preparing Transfer Pricing Documentation Reports: Utilize your expertise to create comprehensive reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Developing Specialized Competence: Foster in-depth knowledge and skills in transfer pricing, positioning yourself as a valuable resource within your service line.
- Identification of International Transactions: Identify key transactions, compute arms-length prices, select the most suitable method, document, and prepare transfer pricing study reports.
- Complete Transfer Pricing Assignments: Benchmark studies for multinational clients, managing complex projects with ease.
- Team Management: Lead a team of consultants and interns on specific client-related projects, promoting collaboration and success.
- Complex Project Experience: Collaborate on large-scale transfer pricing projects for both inbound and outbound companies.
- Client Support: Assist clients in transfer pricing/supply chain planning, expanding opportunities and identifying new business avenues.
- Economic Analysis: Conduct thorough economic analysis/comparability analysis, leveraging Indian and foreign databases.
- Technical Submissions: Prepare submissions for assessments and appellate levels, demonstrating expertise in transfer pricing laws.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Stay updated on evolving transfer pricing regulations in India and OECD TP Guidelines.
- Representation: Represent clients' cases before Tax Officers/Appellate levels.
- Software Proficiency: Showcase proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
To qualify for this role, you must have:
- A Chartered Accountant certification.
- 2-4 years of core transfer pricing experience.
