Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineering Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of AI solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

Your primary focus will be on designing, building, and deploying scalable and efficient AI systems that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and data science, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with our business objectives.

As an AI Engineering Lead, you will have a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, as well as expertise in cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker. You will also have experience with Agile development methodologies and be able to lead high-performing teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in hands-on development of Machine Learning algorithms
  • 5+ years of experience in hands-on deployment of Machine Learning services
  • Experience with at least 70% of: PyTorch, Tensorflow, LangChain, scikit-learn, Redis, Elasticsearch, Amazon SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Weights & Biases, FastAPI, Prometheus, Grafana, Apache Kafka, Apache Airflow, MLflow, KubeFlow
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Machine Learning, or a similar field preferred (or commensurate experience)

Working Conditions

The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an ongoing basis throughout the day. Limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or other business meetings and events.
