The Role

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will translate research into impactful AI systems, designing architectures, guiding technical decisions, and delivering projects with measurable outcomes. You'll also mentor younger engineers and collaborate with industry collaborators to expand our reach.

  • Achieve technical roadmaps for AI projects and lead design and development of scalable, industry-relevant AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with faculty, researchers, and industry partners to define goals, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Manage project teams by providing technical roadmaps and mentorship to young engineers and researchers.
  • Contribute to our mission of translating research into practical solutions with measurable outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
  • 3+ years of experience working on R&D focused cross-disciplinary projects.
  • Proficiency in system architecture, model design, and scalable implementation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in translating research into shipped solutions.
  • Background in industry–academia collaborations or original research initiatives.
  • Familiarity with innovation ecosystems or applied research labs.
  • Active connections in the AI community.
