Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying top talent in the IT sector, conducting thorough interviews, and assessing candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential IT candidates, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Proactively reach out to passive candidates and build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their IT staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Provide regular updates on the status of open positions and collaborate on refining job requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• At least 3+ years of experience in IT Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
