Project Governance Specialist

The role involves providing end-to-end support in project governance, milestone tracking, and execution oversight. It entails managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting, ensuring timely updates and variance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including schedules and status reports.
  • Support budget and resource tracking processes.
  • Identify and monitor risks, issues, and interdependencies across the project portfolio.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate between delivery teams and governance units.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO standards and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in a PMO or project support role.
  • Strong background in project planning, governance, and reporting within financial services or capital markets.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory environments and trade lifecycle processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for project tracking and reporting.
