Our mission is to redefine musculoskeletal care by blending clinical excellence, intelligent systems, and operational discipline. With rapid expansion on the horizon, both in India and globally, we're seeking a highly experienced AGM/GM - Revenue & Growth leader to join our leadership team.

This pivotal role will drive significant revenue growth by meticulously overseeing all revenue funnels and their associated sub-metrics. You'll optimize our multi-channel go-to-market strategy and ensure robust revenue operations across our physical clinics, virtual care platform, and ergonomic product sales.

You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders from lead generation through final conversion, reporting to the Head - Revenue & Marketing and based in Kurla, Mumbai, with approximately 25-30% travel for clinic visits and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning and optimizing the end-to-end revenue funnel, from initial lead generation to final customer conversion
  • Developing and leading comprehensive revenue strategies for clinical services and product sales, leveraging data and market insights
  • Maintaining high revenue performance across 22 clinic locations and virtual care platform
  • Identifying and implementing new revenue streams and optimization initiatives to maximize top-line growth

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Progressive experience in revenue generation and growth leadership roles, preferably within high-growth B2C service industries, B2C businesses, or healthcare
  • Proven track record of driving substantial revenue growth and achieving aggressive targets in complex environments
  • Strong background in managing both service and product revenue streams
