Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead secondary research and insights, data collection, collation, and analysis on different areas of public health.
  2. Develop and manage databases and repositories, ensuring regular updates.
  3. Demonstrate strong knowledge of data management, analysis, and monitoring & evaluation activities.
  4. Successfully lead and execute research and MLE activities, including quantitative surveys and qualitative impact stories.

Requirements:

  • Professional experience of 7-12 years with sufficient expertise in public health research in India and globally.
  • Masters/ MA in Public Health or related field.
  • Exceptional consulting, research, MLE, data analysis, and writing capabilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with strategy execution, measurement, review, and adjustment.
  • Excellent oral, facilitation, and written communication skills.
  • A mix of team collaboration and leadership.

Additional Requirements:

  • Past experience of handling a team.
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative knowledge with demonstrated ability to extract relevant data and convey complex information using supporting tables, graphs, and visual representations.
  • Familiarity with analytical and visualization software, e.g., STATA, R, Atlas ti, Power BI, etc.
  • Ability to conduct literature reviews and systematic reviews with meta-analysis.
  • Capacity to work independently and effectively across cultural, linguistic, and geographical barriers.
