We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Intune Specialist to join our team at Sky Systems, Inc.
Job Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our endpoint management systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing solutions, implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of various platforms, including Android and iOS.
- Managing enterprise-level environments as an Intune Administrator, with a strong focus on providing excellent technical support.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Developing and implementing security and device management policies, with a strong emphasis on Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) technologies.
- Providing expert-level technical support, including troubleshooting complex technical issues and analyzing endpoint analytics.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Intune features and technologies, with a focus on driving innovation and process improvements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 8-10 years of industry experience in technical support, with a strong focus on Microsoft Intune.
- Minimum 5-6 years of Intune support experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.
- Extensive experience working on complex platforms and systems deployed both on-premises and in the cloud.
- Well-versed in Intune management platform, with a strong understanding of device management and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
