The role of a Technical Lead involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of solution development, from conceptualization to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement high-quality software solutions using Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and queueable logic.
  • Develop scalable and efficient solutions utilizing Lightning Web Components integrated with OmniStudio.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and code quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define and validate solution architecture.
  • Lead integration implementation with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and native connectors.

This position requires a strong understanding of Vlocity Omniscripts, Data Raptors, cards, integration procedures, and Lightning Web Components. A certified Vlocity professional will have an advantage in this role.

Requirements:
  • Vlocity certification is highly recommended.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving adherence to Salesforce development standards, including version control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines. They must also identify and mitigate risks, ensure secure and high-performance solutions, and mentor junior developers within the team.
